Council forum on better townhome design

The meeting tonight is planned for 5 p.m. at city hall in the "Bertha Knight Landes Room." The forum on Saturday is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Capitol Hill Arts center.

At the meeting tonight will be the city of Portland's Bureau of Planning. They'll be presenting their strategies in creating affordable, attractive, multi-family housing.
